Zhu Lieke, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. He was born in 1957, entered the work force and joined the CPC in 1975. From 2001 to 2011, he was Deputy Director of State Forestry Administration. Since May 2011, he is Vice-Governor of People’s Government, Shaanxi Province.
