Zhou Ji, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanghai. He was born in 1946, joined the CPC in 1976, and graduated from Tsinghua University. Zhou acquired a doctorate from New York State University in the USA. Zhou Ji has served as director of several technical institutes of Huazhong Science and Tehcnology University. He was deputy to the 9th NPC.
