Zhao Shengxuan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanxian County, Shandong Province. He was born in 1953, and graduated from Renmin University of China. He served as Vice Director of Investigation and Research Center, General Office of CPC Organs Under Central Committee. Since 2007, he is Deputy Director of General Office of CPC Organs Under Central Committee. Currently, he is also a Member of the 11th NPC Standing Committee.
