Biography Highlight

Zhao Keming, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wuhan City, Hubei province. He was born in 1942, joined the PLA in 1961, and joined the CPC in 1964. He was conferred the rank of major general in 1988, and promoted to the rank of lieutenant general in 1998. Zhao served as political commissar of the 47th Group Army until 1996.
