Biography Highlight

Zhang Youcai, male, Han nationality, is a native of Nantong City, Jiangsu province. He was born in 1942, and graduated from Nanjing Industrial University. Zhang is a professor and he has extensive experience in industrial, economic, financial and accounting management. He is also vice-chairman of the Sinopec Corporation. He was appointed as vice-chairman of the financial committee of the NPC in 2003.
