Yao Zengke, male, Han nationality, is a native of Linyi County, Shanxi Province. He was born in 1960, graduated from Department of Political Economics of Beijing Normal University in 1983 with a Bachelor Degree. He served as Director of 7th and 8th Discipline Inspection Office of CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. Since 2007, he serves as Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Supervision and Member of 17th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
