Xu Ruisheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shantou City, Guangdong province. He was born in 1962, and obtained a master's degree in engineering from the South China University of Science and Technology. Xu is in charge of urban planning, construction, environmental protection, and civil air defense. Xu was a member of the standing committee of the 8th and 9th CPPCC of Guangdong province.
