Xiao Zhiheng, male, Han Nationality, was born in 1953, is a native of Xinhua Country of Hu’nan Province. Began to work in 1968, and joined in the CPC in 1970. Graduated from National Economic Planning and Management of the Postgraduate School of Jilin University, On-the-job Master Degree of Economics. He was Vice-Governor of Guangdong Province from 2008 to 2011. He is now a Standing Member of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and in 2011 he became Executive Vice-Governor of Guangdong Province.
