Wang Peisheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanghai. He was born in 1950, and joined the CPC in 1971. He is a major general. Wang had a successful career with the Shanghai police, and he was a deputy to the 8th NPC. He is currently vice-chairman of the standing committee of the Shanghai City People's Congress, and a member of the leading Party group.
