Wang Min, male, Han nationality, is a native of Huainan City, Anhui province. He was born in 1950, entered the work force in 1968 and joined the CPC in 1985. Wang served as vice-governor of the Jiangsu People's Government in the late 1990's until 2003, and in the following year he was elected deputy secretary of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee.
