Shen Heting, male, Han nationality, is a native of Cixi, Zhejiang province. He was born in 1954, graduated from Tianjin Commercial College, and became a senior engineer. In 2001, he was appointed as president of the China Metallurgical Construction Corporation. In 2004, he was awarded the National May 1 Labor Honorary Credential.
