Qian Changzhao, male, Han nationality was born in 1889 and died on 1998. Mr. Qian was vice-chairman of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, served as secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and was senior vice-minister of Education.
