Peng Yu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Chongqing Municipality. He was born in 1954, entered the work force in 1974, and joined the CPC in 1975. Since 2008, he is Director and Deputy Secretary of CPC Party Committee of Sichuan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Since Jan. 2011, he is Deputy Director of Sichuan Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee.
