Peng Qinghua, male, Han nationality, is a native of Daye City, Hubei province. He was born in 1957, entered the work force in 1974, and graduated from Zhongshan University in 2001. He was deputy director of the liaison office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong SAR from 2003 to 2009. Currently, he serves as director of the liaison office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong SAR. He is a member of the 17th CPC Central Committee.
