Ni Yuefeng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yuexi County, Anhui Province. He was born in 1964, graduated from Hefei University of Technology with a Master Degree in 1987 and from Tsinghua University with a Doctorate Degree in 1993. From 2000 to 2003, Ni served as Deputy Head of State Oceanic Administration People's Republic of China. Ni was a Member of 10th and is a Member of the 11th NPC Standing Committee. He was Vice-Chairman of 11th NPC Environmental and Resources Protection Committee from 2008 to 2011 and in 2011 he became Vice-Governor of Fujian Province.
