Biography Highlight

Lu Daopei, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanghai. His ancestral home is in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. He was born in 1931 and joined the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party in 1993.

Lu Daopei has been involved in the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party serving as chairman of the 8th and 9th Beijing Municipal Committee. Lu is a hematologist who has worked as a resident physician and professor at the Beijing People‘s Hospital. On a national level, Lu is a member of the standing committee of the 9th CPPCC National Committee. He is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

Lu is vice-chairman of the CPPCC Beijing Municipal Committee and chairman of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party.
