Liu Yang, female, Han nationality, is a native of Dongliao, Jilin Province. She was born in 1942, and graduated from the Chinese Department of Jilin University. Liu joined the CPC in 1966. Liu has held leading Party positions in Changchun municipality. She was deputy to the 8th National Women's Conference of China.
