Biography Highlight

Liang Jinquan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Dingxian County, Hebei Province. He was born in 1940 and joined the CPC in 1960.

Liang spent the early portion of his career working among different departments of the Central Party School and the CPC Central Committee. He then became involved in the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee, eventually serving as the deputy secretary of that organization. Liang was a deputy secretary-general of both the 8th and 9th CPPCC National Committees.

Liang is a member of the standing committee of the 9th National Committee.
