Li Jianguo, male, Han nationality, is a native of Juancheng, Shandong Province. He was born in 1946, and graduated from the department of Chinese language of Shandong University in 1970. He joined the CPC in 1971 and worked in the Ninghe County Culture and Education Bureau, the publicity department of the CPC Ninghe County Committee, the publicity division of the Agricultural Committee of Tianjin Municipality, and the general office of the CPC Tianjin Municipal Committee.
