Jiang Yikang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhaoyuan City, Shandong province. He was born in 1953, entered the work force in 1969, and joined the CPC in 1970. He graduated from Zhongnan Technology University with a Master Degree in 1995. He served as deputy secretary of the Chongqing Municipal CPC Committee from 2002 to 2006, and he was appointed vice-president of the China National School of Administration in 2006.
