Biography Highlight

Huang Jianguo, male, Han nationality, is a native of Kunming City, Yunnan Province. He was born in 1952 and joined the CPC in 1970. He started to work in 1969, and serves his positions mostly in Hunnan Province. Now, he is the director of the organization department of CPC Hunan Provincial Party Committee and an alternate member of 17th CPC Central Committee.
