He Jianzhong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Anqing City, Anhui Province. He was born in 1957, entered the work force in 1975 and joined the CPC in 1976. He graduated from Department of Economics of Anhui University with a Bachelor Degree in 1982. From 1994 to 2011, he have been working at different posts of Assistant Inspector, Deputy Director and Director of different Department of the State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform. In January 2011 he became Deputy Director of the State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform.
