Biography Highlight

Gan Lin, female, Han nationality, is a native of Xiangyin, Hunan province. She was born in 1963, and obtained a master's degree. She served as chairman of the Zhi Gong Party Central Committee of Hunan province until 2003, and she was elected vice-governor in that same year. She is a professor at Hunan Agriculture University and in 2011 she became Deputy Director of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
