Biography

Fu zhifang, male, Han nationality, he is a native of Nanyang County, Henan Province. He was born in 1956, entered workforce and joined CPC in 1982. He gained his BA from Henan University, and his Master from Tianjin University.

Fu is an Alternate Member of the 17th CPC Central Committee and vice-governor of Hebei Province from 2008 to 2010. In 2010 he became Deputy Secretary of CPC Hebei Provincial Committee.
