Cui Junhui, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fanxian County, Henan province. He was born in 1946, joined the CPC in 1975, and graduated from the Party school. Cui served as deputy director of the Shandong Provincial Taxation Bureau prior to becoming deputy director of the State Administration of Taxation in 2000.
