Biography Highlight

Chi Jianfu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Laizhou, Shandong province. He was born in 1942, joined the CPC in 1984, and graduated from the motive power machine department of Qinghua University. He is a senior engineer. Chi was deputy secretary of the Qiqihar municipal CPC committee of Heilongjiang province until 1995. He was appointed director of the Economic and Trade Commission of Heilongjiang province in 1997. He served as vice-president of the Heilongjiang CPPCC Provincial Committee in 2002.
