Biography Highlight

Chen Deming, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanghai. He was born in 1949, entered the work force in 1969 and joined the CPC in 1974. Chen has held leading Party posts in Jiangsu Province and Suzhou city, as well as leading positions of the local government. Chen Deming was a delegate to the 9th NPC and the 16th National Congress. He is served as governor of Shaanxi Province from 2005 - 2006 and he was Deputy Director of the State Development and Reform Commission from 2006 - 2007.
